How do I know what size to order for my dog?
Please measure your dog before ordering. All items are handmade and can be slightly adjusted to suit your pups needs. In between sizes? We suggest sizing up! Still need help? You can email us at email@example.com with your dogs measurements and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Pets come in different shapes and sizes and our shirts were designed to fit multiple breeds. We typically style our short legged pups by cuffing up the sleeves twice and adding a cute neckerchief for that extra flair. Please double check your pets measurements before placing your order!

To find your size: Measure your pet loosely around the neck allowing extra space for comfort. Our bandanas are reversible, triangular shaped and tie-on. Each piece is handmade, so please allow for minor variations. To wear: Lay your bandana flat and roll or fold the longest part down depending on your pets neck size. We recommend a knot secured with our snap button. Remember to pull the knot towards the end for security; allow up to 1" of space between bandana and your pets neck.
How do I care for my items?
Our shirts are 100% Cotton or 100% Rayon - Please hand wash cold and hang to dry. Our bandanas are 100% Cotton - Please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Our Face Masks are 100% Cotton - Can be machine washed but we recommend laying flat to dry. Light to medium iron on shirts, bandanas and masks, as needed. Avoid ironing tags, vinyl and elastic. Supervision is recommended while your pet is wearing our garments.
How do I care for personalized items?
Do not iron directly over vinyl. If you notice the vinyl starting to peel, place a towel or parchment paper over lettering and iron.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that domestic packages require 2-4 days of transit time.
International Orders will be shipped with USPS. Once the package arrives in the destination county, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. For returns, email us a brief description and/or reason for your return or exchange at email@example.com. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged at no cost to you. Please allow 10-14 days for your exchange to be processed.
